Artwork Specification

Acceptable Artwork Format

• Adobe Illustrator (PC only): Images and fonts must be outlined. Please save in EPS format.
• Corel Draw (PC only): Images and fonts should be curved. Please save in either CDR or EPS format.
• Adobe Photoshop (PC only): This format can only be accepted if imprinting in one color and artwork must be in black and white. 300 dpi preferred.

We do not accept the following formats:

• Any Mac formats
• JPEG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PDF (These files will only be accepted for reference to original artwork).

Artwork can be sent in the following method:

• Mail In: Save artwork in CD or floppy disk (3.5"/1.44 MB) and mailed along with original or copy of purchase order.
• E-Mail (sales@softworqs.com): PO# should be stated in the Subject line.

Additional Artwork Charges:

• Typeset: No charge
• Non camera ready artwork: $60(v) per hour
• Change of artwork/Ink color: $45(v) per color ro changed artwork

Printing

Printing Methods:

• Screen Printing ?Spot colors
• Heat Transfer ?4 color process

Proofs

• Paper: No charge
• Sample: Set up plus freight.

Production Time:
The quantities described below indicates mouse pads and wrist rests and after the approval of proofs. For stress relief products, please inquire

• Quantities of 100-250 pcs
  • 1 color: 1 week
  • 2 colors: 2-3 weeks
  • 3-4 colors: 3 weeks
• Quantities of 251-500 pcs
  • 1 color: 1-2 weeks
  • 2 colors: 3 weeks
  • 3-4 colors: 3-4 weeks
• Quantities of 501-1000 pcs
  • 1 color: 2-3 weeks
  • 2 colors: 3 weeks
  • 3 colors: 3-4 weeks
  • 4 colors: 4 weeks

Over/Under Runs
SOFTWORQS reserves the right to ship and invoice 5% over or under a customer's order quantity unless specify otherwise.
